I tried to get a walk-in just for a buzz cut and got turned away JCPenney is closing all over the usa I hope this retail location fails Bad business practices The man turned me away should be fired
I am little shocked on how unprofessional my experience was here. I have been coming to this salon for years. Today they called me two mins before my appointment with Jesse to tell me they had to cancel and she didn’t have enough time. I am not even exaggerating on the two min mark. You didn’t know that all day????? It just occurred to you two mins before my appointment you didn’t have enough time. Just wow. Unprofessional.

I asked for another stylists bd wasn’t able to book with her. So another girl took me. I told he I don’t want too much off just wanted layers to help with volume. And agreed, and went ahead and cut off about 6 inches of my curly hair. WILL NEVER BE BACK!!
