I made an appointment online about two weeks prior to my picture day, which was for a Saturday morning at 10:15. The day I scheduled, I got a call saying they don't actually open until 11 so they could do 11:15. That worked for us, but be aware the times are off in the online scheduling system. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Jenna clearly has no interest in representing JCPenney professionally—or in respecting the time and dignity of paying customers. She left us waiting for over two hours with a newborn and a 4-year-old, all because she knowingly overbooked. Mrs. West is the best photographer I've met, easy to talk to and very well spoken. There was no wait for anyone and everyone left happy. Highly recommended coming here for any type of photos!
