Lovely experience. Went there early checked in, but they were running behind so we didn’t get our pictures taken till about an hour later from the appointment we set. But the pictures were nice, we picked backgrounds and staff was nice. She even put in a code which gave us a big discount. Shipping took a while for the pictures but they turned out great.

overcharged for an "enhancement fee" that I didn't authorize and that I later saw on my receipt. and didn't refund us despite multiple phone calls during which "manager" said would refund.

Amateur staff and doesn’t wait for correct poses. Nice for 1-2 photos only.

Shout out to Jay for a fantastic job. This is for my recent visit. I already came here twice but my latest visit was with the photographer Jay who was super great especially with my daughter. Thank you! I love our photos

Jcp potraits @ southland mall,hayward, Manager was friendly, gave suggestions on background selection,was helpful , cheerful.Chris gave us a wonderful photoshoot experience. Didn't expect this photoshoot would be so much cool and enjoyed with lots of funny poses. Entire family enjoyed the session and pictures turned out very well. We just went for a casual family pic, so as to use a deal coupon. But ended up getting all pics as we couldn't decide which one to pick and ones to miss. Manager and Chris were super combo at work.... read more
