Amazing and fast service Dr.Drummond is very knowledgeable and Ashley the office manager was so nice and friendly. I have not gotten service like this is years.
Fast and easy called to schedule and appt with Dr.Drummond was very kind !!! Also i must say the office manger I believe her name was Ashley went beyond my expectations and was so nice to help and guide me !! IF I COULD GIVE THIS 100 STARS I WOULD !!!
The last time a had glasses was when I was a child back in 2001 so I had no idea how to go about it. I was so lost and confused but this girl who work there named Ashely took the initiative and help me out. She made it simple and easy answer all my questions. She took her time thinking about what would be best for me, made me feel like she really cares and really wanted to get me the best I need. The best part was when I left she made sure I was satisfied. We need more people like her around;.
Great people working here, and they make the visit extremely welcoming and easy. Thanks to Ashley* who was super helpful and helped pick my new glasses! Definitely will be coming back with her!
First time at this location and will definitely come back !! The manager Ashley was super sweet and helpful, she took her time to explain everything to me and walked me through everything and made sure I was very comfortable with my choices ! Such a sweetheart, definitely making this location the only one I go to(:
