He ido a esta óptica desde 2011 y nunca había tenido ningún problema, pero este año fue horrible. Me dieron la cita, la cual no pude completar porque el doctor que va "los miércoles" no acepta insurance y nunca me dijeron eso cuando hice la cita, entonces solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo y gasolina. Además la atención de las muchachas del front desk deja bastante que desear, ya que no saben cómo atender bien a los pacientes o no saben cómo funciona el sistema.
