2 ladies dont have coordination at all. I gave order for prescribed glasses on Feb 10. I was told it could take 7-10 days to get my glasses. After calling multiple times and leaving VM, didn't get any response. I felt they were avoiding my calls. When I called from my wife's phone, I immediately got call back. When I asked lady on the other end why you are not returning my call, she said she didn't get any call or VM. great frames and great prices! customer service was good and they worked out the best way to save money for me either between my insurance or their special plans(2-200$) the wait was 2 weeks but it’s not bad if you can wait, the frames are top notch and cheap and they are busy , it’s worth the money
Very poor customer service. As if they really don’t want to accommodate a customer. I think these two ladies are just lazy to perform their job. Please do not waste your time.
