Old dusty and inconvenient- can pay over the phone unless it's a pennys card and can't have your prescription emailed bc it's "unsecure" but they can fax it to any public place because that is safer ! What a joke
I have so much trouble reaching this office. It's like they go days without actually answering their phones. They have made getting my prescription from them to use at other places an absolute nightmare. Concerning the prescription. I was recommended toric lenses from the doctor. The lense is too curved for my eye and 2 week contacts are lasting two days before they tear. The doctor told me they would write both Toric and non Toric prescriptions for me and did not. They’ve always been accommodating to me and I’ve never had an issue there. When I did have a problem with my contacts they fixed the issue in a timely manner. The doctor has always been friendly and I enjoy our conversations while at my appointments. Keep up the good work everyone!
