If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every single time I went to this place, the group of incompetent 80 year old women would have my contact order screwed up, or not even in the system. And their excuse always was I don t know who was supposed to do it for you, but they re not here right now - I ve waited 2 hours for appointments, I ve watched people leave while they were waiting because the women there did not know what they were doing. They lied to me! - buy elsewhere. My wife and I have purchased many pairs of glasses and contact lenses from this store. They are always trying to sell you an extended warranty. So I bought the warranty on a pair of lenses. I paid over \$400.00 for just the lenses with ALL the add ons and had them put into a frame I owned. I am very careful with my glasses, and that is why my frames are still in excellent shape after 3 years. I ONLY clean them with water and a lens cloth. I was very pleased with the service I received at this JC Optical Store. The assistance was fabulous. No one was pushing anything on me and they were very clear on their terms which I think is important to be clear about in any industry.
im not sure yet on the glasses thier but i think it would be a great thing to start out with.
sales are great, my farvoritestore, always good customer service.
Found what I wanted easy. Store is very neat & clean. Was checked out by a very freinly Nodeah. Greeted me, asked if I found everything I needed, told me to have a nice day as I was checked out. Will definately go back.
