If I can give zero stars I would. I placed an order for glasses on 11/29/25. As of today, almost 8 weeks later, no glasses. I’ve called every week since they gave me a timeframe of 2-3 weeks which is semi reasonable. This last call with a rep, she was acting like I was bugging. Kept repeating, “it takes 4 weeks” Lady…it’s been about 8, 4 weeks was 4 weeks ago :/ Shoot, by the time I get them, I’m going to need a new prescription.
Best customer service, was helped my Robert and Andre’s, who covered a shift and killed it and helped me out tons, great place if you need the glasses!

I being uses glasses my whole life and knew there was something not ok. I had several problems with my order. The glasses didn’t fit right on the frame and they were blurry. Prescription was off. But after rechecking dr didn’t fix the problem. I gave it another few weeks with what he prescribe and still blurry. There excuse was I had a high prescription.
