Went their last year, the gentleman in the front was very courteous, but they could not get my prescription right at all, I have been up there about 5x and I was so disappointed after they rechecked my eyes and still had the wrong prescription. That doctor was terrible, so disappointed. The price was right but service was not on point at all. Will not go back there.
I have worked with Tiffany at the Castleton office and she is wonderful. I always ask for her to set up an appointment and have gone to her for 3+ years.

This is a absolute ripoff. We were there today for an eye exam and prescription glasses. After waiting for hours, we were called to discuss the price. Total price was some 700s without any options added. After the insurance coverage payment was 230 some. We didn't want to spend that much money for the second pair as we spent the same money for the 1st pair with all the options.
