I've been coming here for over 10 years, and Ive never had a bad experience.
Dr. Kim is the best. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The BEST customer service out front, as well. Frame selection for men was limited last time in. Maggie was able to find and order a very obscure set I wanted. As always 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!
The doctor at Jc Penney Optical Galleria Henderson is rude. If I am not mistaken her name is Kim. I asked her a question and she didn't listen and she told me to stop and wait for her to finish my eye exam. But my question is relative to the one that she is currently doing at that time to my eyes. That doctor has an attitude!
Dr. Kim is the only optometrist who would fully listen to the problem I was having with my vision. While my issue needed a retina specialist, her concern and listening ear validated my experience, and I finally had someone who would listen! She asks about my condition and gives advice for my eyes and every time I visit. The individuals who help with ordering glasses are amazing. They actually don’t take my insurance but I don’t care.
