I highly recommend J.C. Penney optical. Kira the optician was very kind and patient (especially that I have some problems in my eyes) she took her time explaining what is going on with me and guide through the complex world of progressive lenses. With her you don’t feel rushed or just dealing a business, she deals with you as a person having issues with vision and thrive to help you solve them. I've been coming here for over 10 years, and Ive never had a bad experience.
Dr. Kim is the best. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The BEST customer service out front, as well. Frame selection for men was limited last time in. Maggie was able to find and order a very obscure set I wanted. As always 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!
The doctor at Jc Penney Optical Galleria Henderson is rude. If I am not mistaken her name is Kim. I asked her a question and she didn't listen and she told me to stop and wait for her to finish my eye exam. But my question is relative to the one that she is currently doing at that time to my eyes. That doctor has an attitude!
