Ordered 2 pair of reading glasses for a great price. Promised to be delivery within 2 to 3 weeks, is been a month and now they are saying that I have to wait for another 3 weeks in order to get the glasses. I am very disappointed .
I got helped by the manager and Dr. Laurence! I've been going here for years now They're both super helpful and took the time to give me outstanding customer service! I have Kaiser but I prefer to send my business here! Thank you for having such an amazing staff and thank you both for the hospitality!
I did my eye examination elsewhere since in network and went to jcpenney for my frames. I found this gem of an optician, Naomi I hope I spelled her name right. She went above and beyond in assisting with me frames. I had an retina detachment and a cataract on top of that in one of my eyes. She helped me with regular distance glasses and the specifics I needed since having a bit of a wave in that eye.
