Very poor service! Takes a long time to get prescription glasses and no updates. Didn't answer calls or return calls!

How far they've fallen. Used to be the first place I'd go to buy clothes or Christmas gifts. For years. But I guess I'll take my busses elsewhere. No product in thr shelves and barely any staff. If you can find someone. They're either extremely hostile or can't seem to bothered to get off their phones long enough to even help anyone.
