They are super slow! Salesman said 7-10 days. 12 days later, here I sit with no glasses, but I did receive the bill in a very timely manner. Already made a payment and have no glasses. I will go back to Lens Crafters next time,
This place always has an awesome selection of glasses to choose from. The customer service is pretty good, too. They have associates who can speak both english and spanish. This optical also takes most insurances! I have never had a bad experience at this store!
Service was good with people who helped with picking glasses but the doctor was horrible. No manners, not at all nice. If you are so miserable with your job working with people then do something else Doc.
