Went there once and that was enough! Charged me a deductible when my insurance didn’t have one. Promised to refund me my hundred bucks and never did! Dr is a joke. Said my daughter would be cross eyed..btw moron that didn’t happen! Worst place i ever went for glasses.
Says they close at 5PM. I drove 30 minutes and they had closed one hour early. A waste of my time. Said they needed me to pick up glasses before the end of the week, yet they called me on a Friday, giving me one day to pick up the glasses. Then they decide to close early? Wonderful. Yes. Makes total sense. No wonder the store is closing.
Worst experience ever in my life!!!!!!!!! I ordered my eye contacts 2 weeks ago and still did not get it today! Called them several times. Totally waste of time and money. DO NOT GO!
I had a wonderful experience here. GREAT and caring customer service. The doctor was nice and efficient. The associates were so amazing. They really took their time helping me and went above and beyond making sure I got a great deal and the best eyewear for me. HIGHLY recommend!
