JCP is a great place. Brought in our Highlander. They diagnosed from pictures I sent but then confirmed in person what the problem was. Very fast to fix a complicated problem. Diagnosed a leak. Took pictures every step of the way. Great communication. Honest Careful in ordering the best parts Up front with pricing and possible issues. We feel we can trust them with all our car needs and they are very honest.
