Paying for something I'm not receiving after a complete hip replacement. 24/7 care? Don't be fooled. They will tell you to go see your primary, or go to urgent care. I'm so tired of money going out, but nothing coming in. I worked for a care company before. This is not how they did things. They would never pawn a patient off like that. Unfortunately, no help means more pain. BTW, JCMH hospice care does not have any information on you at all. As the 24 hour lady said. " We have limited access to your file" so.... The quality of care is wonderful. The nurses truly care deeply for their patients and their families and make them feel relaxed and comfortable. If anyone is looking for Hospice services I highly recommend JCMH Hospice!
