Dr. K (surgeon) and his staff have been great to me in my eight month plus adventure with diverticulitis, ruptured colon, colostomy and the recovery from. The 4th floor staff, have been great during both stays, too many to name, ( I'm also bad with names). The O.R. folks were great they let me know what to expect and kept my wife informed as to what was going on. The same day surgery staff across the way have been great as well. They could not value your time any less if they wanted to. They overbook appointments each day and keep a lobby full of people waiting. I’ve never had an appointment kept even remotely close to the booked time, and they send you texts to be sure to get there early. You could check in and then go have a sit down meal before they call you back. Standard Altus, keep your expectations low, very low.
Doctor Sherman didn’t really care about my problem like it was a joke and didn’t help me at all it was like he acted like he was better than me cause of his race and I will never go back there..5/2/24
