I've waited to write this review until I calmed down. Without going into too much detail, I had a disagreement with my bill and spoke to Corey, am assuming he is the "C" in JCG. I won't get personal, suffice to say Corey has been in the business for over 40 years, apparently he knows everything and the customer can't possibly know what is going on in their own house. Excellent work in installing a cold weather MItsubishi heat pump at our Lake Huron cottage. Highly professional and pleasant team and a very good product. Management and technicians all nice to deal with. Bravo!
The crew installed a 3 ton ac unit very professionally and only stopped for a quick lunch break. It was hot inside and out but they did not complain. The electrician hired to work alongside them was equally friendly and knowledgeable. I made a great decision hiring them all, including their sales leader, Steve.
Just used JCG for install of a water heater, fantastic service and responsiveness. Not the cheapest quote, however, as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. Definitely worth the few dollars more. Use this company
