DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I placed an order, received no order confirmation, got the wrong color shipped to me and now NO ONE will contact me via phone or email for days now. This is ridiculous, will NEVER ORDER again or recommend.
Website is horrible, customer service is nonexistent. My order was duplicated and I was charged twice, but I have NEVER received a response to the email I sent to them to get one of the orders cancelled and the duplicate charge refunded. Instead I have just received 2 shipping notifications, so I have been charged twice and I’m being sent 2 of the same order. How do you just ignore an email from a customer??
The customer service is horrible, I never received a email confirmation on my order. I tried messaging and still no response to my order but they are quick to take the funds. Never will I order from this company again. I don’t even know if I will receive my products.
