I ordered one if the aquasurance foundation. Got my order and it's the wrong shade. I have wrote them twice with no answer on replacing my order with the correct shade I ordered. Customer service is very poor from what I can see.

love their matte lip color..I'm obsessed with "Tonight, my name is.." I get so many compliments and the ladies always ask me what brand it is. I definitely recommend this brand. had NO problems getting my order, got it within a week and I WAS able to get a hold of customer service for my questions. no problems here.
