JC’s guys work efficiently and aren’t afraid to tell you the possible consequences of trying to make a repair that may not be necessary. They truthfully showed the difficulty in installing a new dishwasher without damaging cabinetry, and worked with me to make it work. Great crew!

Ryan H from JC Waterworks Plumbing came today to help with a leaking toilet at my moms place. He was professional, well informed and exceptionally considerate. He went out of his way to ensure the job was done well - making special consideration for the type of replacement toilet that would be best suited for my mother, the overall price of the job and offered tips about how to fix other parts of the house that had been affected by the leak. Best experience I've had with a plumbing service and would highly recommend.

JC Waterworks have been our go-to plumbers for the last six years. And every time we needed them they came the same day and fixed the issues. And old houses have a lot of issues. Yesterday we had double trouble with the dishwasher unable to drain and the sink dropping. They came in the afternoon, fixed both problems and were really nice about it including some barbs about the kludgy job done by previous owners.

I have used JC several times after they were recommended to me by a neighbour. Each of the plumbers I've dealt with have been exceptionally professional and good at their job. Most recently, I had an emergency repair over the weekend. While an emergency call-out isn't cheap, JC was very upfront and honest about the pricing. I emailed James with a request for a new sink and taps for my bathroom. There was a response that same morning, parts were ordered and an appointment made for installation. Thomas installed the sink and taps and there was nothing for me to clean up afterwards! Nicely done, appreciated the phone call before arrival on the installation day.
