It amazes me that people drive the way they do in company vehicles. If I ever needed work done in this area, I would steer clear of companies that drive 30+ over the speed limit on Monday mornings for no reason.
Booked appointment on Monday for Friday morning 9am. Friday morning rolls around no show. I called the office 4 times before someone answered. They say "oh - someone is on their way. They'll be there in 30." More than 35 minutes goes by, I call again. They say "oh, someone is on their way be there in 15 to 20". I ask why did they tell me 30 minutes if that wasn't the case. 5/5, 10/10, gold stars all around. These guys are the best! I will 100% always ask for help from the JC Team for all our residential plumbing needs. Had a issue and they came by and fixed in 5 minutes then tested it for 5 more to make sure it was 100% and voila! Done and gone. Excellent service!
Had to get our toilets replaced. Ryan P did a great job - efficient, no mess, and very pleasant. We were very pleased.
