I had Justin come out and take down one of the biggest oak trees I've ever seen and he was amazing did everything he said he would and even more Justin is an amazing man and has a great work ethic I love the fact that he keeps the home owners in the loop with what's going on and he is very careful I have a giant planter pot under where the tree was there was no way of moving it and he worked around it no damage to nothing class act man he's amazing I recommend him over anyone small family buesness but huge company work ethic... read more
We got JC Trees to trim 3 trees an remove 1tree and the stump. They did great on the trees except they were supposed to come back and remove the stump. Several months have come and gone. The stump is still here. I sent them an email and I called and left messages on both of their phones. I guess I should not have paid them until all was finished. I thought they were trustworthy. My trees will need to be trimmed again... guess who won't be trimming them.
Justin came to our home today, Sunday Sept 15, to trim a very tall palm tree. He gave a call to say he would be a little late due to an unforeseen situation. We were most grateful for this courtesy as we have had so many services just not show up at all! He arrived shortly thereafter and did a very good job. We will definitely continue to use this service and recommend him to others.
Wonderful experience. I had entered some basic information into home advisor for some flower bushes to be removed from my back yard around 1pm today. It is now 2:45 pm and the bushes are completely removed with the area left looking flawless. Thank you!
