Do not use these guys!!!! They are only about taking your money and not getting you back on the road!!!!!!!!!! Worst customer service out there. Might as well just go to the dealer, at least they will warranty there work.took my Range Rover there for a issue and after over 3k in parts and labor and it braking down the same day of picking it up all three times I took it back! My personal experience dealing with JC’s wasn’t what I expected from them knowing that they’re trying to regain loyal customers to come back. There’s no doubt that they’re experienced in LR but, I wanted them to install some OEM parts onto my 110, and they said it’s against their policy to install customer parts. It’s probably because they want you to buy their stock parts at a premium price. They’re are several other LR specialists and the local area that I would rather go to.

Hi Joey, You would be correct, there are many parts that we cannot accept from the customer. First and foremost this certainly pertains to engine repairs and safety related items. This is also due to the warranty and quality of work that we stand behind. As my service manager mentioned, there are some exceptions for classic and ROW vehicles.
