Blue Sky Repair & Restoration Todd worked with us through the whole process our condo got flooded. he his team come out and take up all the excess water, repair all the damage done to the floor and walls. few weeks later he came in and the floor was replaced amazing work amazing team can't say enough on the quality and the friendliness of his people and getting the job done right the first time. Before and after pictures. Highly recommend them.

I had significant water damage in my condo from a broken drain system. My insurance adjustor recommended BluSky as it required extensive mediation and repair. It was a long and stressful rebuild, however, the finished project is outstanding. Sinead Kavanagh was the supervisor assigned to my rebuild and she was wonderful to work with. She communicated with me frequently and kept me honestly aware of the schedule. Overall, my experience with Bluesky was excellent. The circumstances of my using them weren’t great, as is probably the case for most people. I had to undergo mold remediation and renovation of my condo over the course of four months. The project started with them moving me out of my condo on September 30. They moved my things back in the week of Thanksgiving, and I moved back in on December 1. The final touches were finished on January 29. We had a fantastic experience with Bill and Dave at BluSky Restoration! We had a pipe burst in the attic during a cold freeze and caused water to come down through the ceiling of our kitchen. I had an amazing experience will BluSky after a neighbor unfortunately flooded several condos in our building, including mine. Sinead, the project manager, handled everything like a pro despite having to juggle so many condos needing repair at once! During my floor repair work, I had to stay in a hotel for a couple of weeks, but Sinead kept me updated along the way with texts and calls, and I never had to worry where the team was at with the repairs.
