Colleen was a nightmare to deal with . She is always happy to say and do whatever you need until she gets you into the property , then you are on your own . Some of the plumbing in the property has been Mickey moused over the years and there is constant problems . She ignored my requests to fix problems and then blamed me when they got out of hand and she had to call a repairman . We were looking for an inexpensive apartment as we relocated from Buffalo, NY to Colorado Springs, CO and found JC Properties had an open unit. The building next door ended up having an opening of an apartment we liked better 9 months into our lease and they allowed us to transfer our lease to the new unit. Colleen was quick to respond when we had an issue with our kitchen sink, the repair man was very nice as well. It is easy to report issues online and include pictures if needed. I have been a resident of JC Properties for almost 2 years now, and I have been pleased with my experience so far. Any concerns I have had, have always been addressed quickly, and always been taken care of completely. Management, Colleen specifically, have been professional and personable. She does an excellent job of making sure residents are held accountable when in the wrong, but also shows appreciation. I have enjoyed being a tenant of JC Properties, and look forward to continuing to be a satisfied resident. Thank you!
I have been a tenant going on two years now and have no issues, they even welcomed my dogs which if you are a dog owner you know how a lot of other property managements won't even consider renting to you, thank you for being a great renter to me and my family. Much appriciated
