Completely Unprofessional!!I am very dissatisfied with the service and customer treatment at this establishment. After visiting multiple times, I have found the recent behavior from the technician to be unprofessional, particularly when faced with reasonable questions and the things that bothers me about the process. But she said that if I will continue to ask questions about what bothers me she would refuse to work with me. I really enjoyed my walk in pedicure today. The gal, unfortunately I did not get her name, was gentle, quick and very polite. The equipment was clean, as were the stations. While I was there an elderly man came in for a nail trim, which they assisted with in a very timely manner, but he returned looking for his lost phone. One of the gals went out of her way to help him look, this was nice to see. I will definitely come back again.
