The worst customer service. I stopped going to this salon years ago because of horrible customer service. The older gentleman literally rushed my pedicure because he wanted the lady doing it to go pickup his grandchild. Noone speaks when you walk in even if you speak first. I tried them again today and same people with same poor customer service. Very pushy with trying to get you to get more expensive services and will shamelessly keep asking you to get gel or more designs etc.. Then they will still try to OVERCHARGE you eve... read more
While covid19 precautions were doing well - the lady that did my pedicure and painted my nails was EXTREMELY pushy for me to get the most expensive services on the menu. Their "back massage" chair felt like it was getting thrown stones at my back (and this was on the lowest setting). My lower right side of my back feels beat up the following morning. Awful totally over charged for 2 gel pedis and gel mani and French tip they charged $160
They overcharged us a lot! My daughter got a pedicure and her nails painted, not a manicure, just her nails painted. They didn't put a clear coat on her toes or her nails and all the paint had chipped off by the next day. $35 down the drain. My friend got a pedicure, no design, and a manicure, gel nails and painted. They charged her $75. The amount didn't make sense to me so I called the next day and asked how much each cost. The guy told me the pedicure cost $20 and a gel nail manicure cost $30. Im pretty sure they overchar... read more
I got asked why I didn't have a job and I should have one. Got lied to and she didn't go all the way down with the acrylic. It hasn't been a week and I have to go get a fill in soon. And then she done my boyfriends little girl nails and didn't do a clear coat and they came off the next day the Polish was coming off. A very waste of money. I will not go back there again.
