I paid for a service and canceled the second day, they told me they will refund me in a week and it’s been 3 weeks there is no refund. I called them 3 times already every time they just ask me to wait.
It is hard to travel back to China during this pandemic however JC Health helped us a lot with the whole process of covid tests. Their service is great and very responsive via both phone and email with patience. We booked the tests online one week before and got tested last Friday. The results were sent to us by email on Saturday late in the afternoon for applying for the HDC Code. The experience was very great.
这家诊所非常差劲，出结果极慢并且让我们误机，态度冷漠，一直在拖，并且极不负责！还不赔偿。 The clinic was so bad, the results came out so slowly, and the attitude was so indifferent that we couldn't get on the plane normally, and they kept delaying it without compensation
I had a really great experience, from day 1 when I requested to book an appointment for a PCR test as i was travelling internationally until the last day i was on my flight.. My experience involved not just the speed of the service but also the communication was clear and perfect, emails were answered in a very fast and acceptable time. Thank you for the great experience, 100% recommended !!
