After a loud thump during a turn, my 2013 Civic felt like it wouldn’t go into gear, and had to be towed in. I thought for sure it was going to be an expensive transmission repair. JC made a quick diagnosis and assured me the transmission was fine — the issue was the CV axle and he gave me a great price on the repair. JC did quality work quickly, and charged a fair price when he could have padded it with a less-honest diagnosis. I found my new mechanic for life!
