The techs here are very professional and got the job done well and in a timely manner. Much appreciated!
They did work at my sister’s house - contracted by her developer. The work was covered under developer warranty, and thus she had no say so on who worked in her home. It turns out their contractor license is expired, they will not respond to her regarding damage done (not to mention an incomplete work order), and instead responded to her developer stating they would not be communicating with my sister further. They just have no integrity as a business.
Horrible customer service. Dishonest company. No ownership. Not licensed. Doubtfully insured.
Great company. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with. They did an awesome job cleaning the carpet in my bedroom and hallway. Highly recommend JC for carpet cleaning.
Shady business practices. Horrible customer service. And not honest. There are plenty of other options - one of those instead.
