Michelle's moms' support group was the single best thing I did as a first time parent 5 years ago. I connected to a wonderful community of fellow parents who live in Jersey City. This was absolutely invaluable as a new parent. I have three kids now and have attended the mom's support group whenever I had a new baby. Parents are able to connect, support, and help each other through early parenthood. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided holistic support to me and my newborn. As a yoga instructor, she also provided relaxation techniques to help me get through my day.
