Customer service was great. Pulled in with a popped tire, I was in and out under an hour. All of the guys were extremely polite and respectful. Joe was super friendly and even gave me a cheese steak to take home! Highly recommend!!!
ZERO STARS IF IT WOULD LET ME There’s so much to say, but I’ll try to keep it short and sweet. This place took three weeks to get my vehicle done I kept calling they said will call you and for any updates. I was the one doing the calling majority of the time. Before this, I came here to get my vehicle, checked and see what was wrong and paid for it to be fixed. There was a massive jerking motion, stopping the car from driving and a huge clanking noises. My wife took her car here months ago at this point because it was bogging out and turning off but would turn back on. I knew it was the catalytic converter and they confirmed it was clogged which was essentially choking the engine. I’m in the automotive field also but due to back surgery I’m no longer able to do this kind of work. Her mom swears by these guys and after finding out what we did I can’t see why.
