RecommendedImpressive customer service. I had an appointment within 24 hours of calling with my issue. Warm greeting upon arrival and on time for getting my car in for assessment. I was invited into the shop for the mechanic to personally show me the issue and explain the solution! So impressed. Highly recommend.

Very very poor service. I had an oil change appointment set and I was 7 minutes late and they would not take me. I got there and the guy was very very rude and he said anything past 10 minutes we don't take and turned me away. It would have been nice when I set the appointment if they would inform you of that "So called police" I am very disappointed and will never go back to JC Automotive again!!
