I had an emergency today, I called the office, was told though text, to "text me", texted, no returned text, no callback. I will not be using this company again and if you use them, make sure you get someone on the PHONE and don't bother with texting otherwise you will miss your scheduled surgery appointment like I almost did today. As you can see from the last photo, no textback, I received no call to follow up on my concern, GHOSTED. Not acceptable.

I’ve had some good rides with this provider in the past, but I also had a very troubling experience where a driver took my number from their system and began harassing me. After I reported it, the company told me he was no longer employed. Sadly, instead of handling the situation with care, my future rides were canceled without notice and I was told they could no longer accommodate me. This was very disheartening and unprofessional, and ultimately led me to switch to another provider.

Robert Sancho, my patient has had an excellent experience with JC&M transportation. His driver Luis has a terrific personality. He is extremely helpful and courteous. We have been picked up twice a week for four weeks. He is punctual every time. We highly recommend the company and Luis their driver.

I have been taking this transportation service since I was in the Nursing home in February of 2022 and I can't say one bad word about the owner or his drivers. They are Christian based and always greet you and help you even if you don't want the help. I strongly recommend this company to all you, You won't go wrong with this company. The cars are always clean and never dirty like some cars. I came across this company through their sign on the side of one of their cars. What first struck my eye was the cleanliness and shine of the car, I chose to call and try it out. The driver was on time, the ride was smooth and well done, and the inside of the car was even cleaner than the outside. Every time i have called the owner has been very nice and helpful. I strongly recommend this company
