507 We lived in 1F I feel sorry for whoever has to live here. with 0 of the benefits of living in a non attached apartment (something the tour guide sold the apartment on experiencing). Residents have imagined these two slabs of concrete as a courtyard”. However due to it not being a courtyard the only place to be in a sense in front of door 1F. So covering the front of the door at anytime are half naked sunbathers, tables, chairs, art projects, people working, water bowls, toys, bonfires, small parties, neighborly conversat... read more

507 Yards destroyed by dogs. If you tour the residents inside the building will review you in their group chat so I guess be prepared for that. 1F is basically a shed no installation the winter was freezing cold and we had no heat for 3 months in the winter. The hot water smells disgusting but no one can seem to access the water heater. And the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor’s conversations everyday. JBZ takes months to fix issues. The only way to get them to fix your broken furnace, oven, or hot water is to get 311 inspections and threaten rent escrow. Staff changes every 6 months. There is almost no follow up or follow through to any of their actions. All phones go to voicemail, and polite emails asking for updates are ignored
