I’ve lived in two of their properties. When I moved to the second it took them 90+ days and constant follow up on my end to get my security deposit back. Now, I’ve been out of the second property since June and still haven’t gotten my security deposit. Their disorganization knows no bounds! Never ever rent from this company. You will be enraged most of the time.

Worst management company they have fired and rehired new staff ive had Atleast 2-3 leasing officers, sometimes they come to the office and answer the phones sometimes they don’t, they MIGHT get back to you if you leave a voicemail but I have never had a call returned that way. Glad to be rid of this headache And they moved 830 Argon Drive they not in park heights no more
Horrible management, impossible to contact. When I moved into my unit, the fridge, stove and AC didn’t work. The repairs are all poorly made and I still don’t have my security deposit and it has been over a month since my lease contract ended. I hope I don’t have to sue to get my money back.
507 north paca Neighbors stealing our WiFi. Intoxicated In front of our door, and screaming Atleast once a month. Smells like dog piss. When you tour neighbors will review you in their group chat so wear your best shirt type.
