I like coming here a lot. Guard shack and office friendly. My only complaint is their back drop yard. I don't know why this has started happening but they're dropping trailers in holes, and dropping the legs way too low. You end up having to find a yard guy to pull the trailer out of the holes and increase the leg length. It's getting frustrating and ridiculous. I'll still give 5 stars for everything else, but cranking down is easier than trying to crank up 32000 lbs.

I’m giving this company 3 stars only because the security lady was extremely friendly and professional. She was the only positive part of the entire experience. Everything else was a disaster. After checking in, the wait to get a dock was extremely long. They prioritize their own trailers and seem to have little regard for outside drivers. I waited over 5 hours to get unloaded, and another driver had been there since 6 a.m. waiting all day.
