Jay was very friendly and helpful during this process. He went above and beyond to deliver the car to me when there was some computer issues and I wasn’t able to leave the dealership with it. He was upfront and honest about the rear hatch not opening but did have his crew fix it before handing it over to me. Highly recommend!
John and Jay were great. We were looking for a safe and reliable used car for our daughter to take to college. We found one and bought it. The car had a noise in the front end and the battery was weak, which we discovered within the first week of owning it. Jay had the front end issue fixed and put in a new battery when we took the car back to him without us having to request anything. I will be using him again for my next daughter's car.
He was friendly and very helpful.
