Well I posted on here Wednesday night that this person at this business had my laptop since the 5th of May and I had left numerous messages and emails and gone by there several times with no luck trying to find out what was going on with this situation. Great service
Just got my laptop back and it works wonderful. Way faster than it was and he was everything to save important files and programs. Communicated the issues once diagnosed and gave me options and recommendations to fix. It took a couple of days to determine issue and fix it. Would recommend if you have computer issues. I'm very pleased with them and the price was fair
John is a lifesaver.
John is nothing short of a professional guy. I came to him with my custom built pc that was having problems booting into windows and nothing being displayed to my monitor.
