Worst company ever. Do not recommended for anyone. A real nightmare.
Stole deposit and never showed up to perform work
I wanted to support this young company but the lack of skills, follow through, communication have convinced me that no one should hire this company. No work has been done in over a month and I have had all of the appliances, trim, vent cabinet etc.
JBN was never on time and did not have the skills and team to perform the tasks as they claimed. I have requested to return my deposit on August 5, 2021 after they failed to complete a single task laid out in our contract after repeated delay. Today is August 26, 2021. No one at JBN is able to provide a resolution. My contract with JBN is to remodel my basement, which is supposed to be a two month project from early July 2021 to late August 2021 .
