Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible experience renting a property from them. They constantly entered our apartment without permission or notice, were completely unresponsive to any issues in the apartment and were a nightmare to communicate with. I would stay away from any property they manage. Worst property management company i’ve ever dealt with by far.
Truly horrid experience. Very unresponsive and dismissive of tenant concerns, takes advantage of young renters. If I could give zero stars I would.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GROUP!!! My 3 year experience living in one of their rentals felt like a massive scam. First off, there are ridiculous and frivolous expenses like the water overage fee I was charged despite being away for 3 weeks with no one using water! The house was managed so poorly that I had to find out that I was paying the OTHER unit's gas bill because the lines were hooked up incorrectly with zero apology or corrections made by the landlord. I decided to rent this unit the same day I toured it. The leasing agent, Marco, asked me to wire a deposit immediately to take the unit off the market, which I did, even though it is new to me (the deposit part) When I received the lease contract from JBMP Group (now Millestone Company), it was filled with errors, including incorrect dates and dollar amounts. I contacted them several times to have it corrected, but every response came from a different person, and no one was available to speak by phone—only by email or text. ... read more
This company has been an absolute nightmare. They failed to meet move-in day commitments, caused major stress by not paying the rent for the temporary housing they set up for us (literally telling us the night before we were supposed to move) and having to deal with their threats to lock my daughter out, they moved my daughter into an active work site with a major lack of security (doors left propped open) or safety, they refused to take action when multiple packages were stolen from the mailroom , etc etc etc. Stay far away... read more
