We been in our house bout 3 years and Mr. Johnson has not missed a beat when we contact him that’s the service we like my only complaint is the rent going up 🤣but Mr.Johnson definitely gets the job done and he explains the reason for the repairs but me and my wife are glad we came Across this property
If I could give him a -1, I would. Nonresponsive and procrastinates with repairs to the point that we do repairs ourselves. He prays on single women who are docile. EJ is a total slumlord that should be investigated for bad business practices, and the owners are completely oblivious to his antics. I would never recommend this landlord.
I am editing my initial review. I have been in my current spot for almost 7 years now. Very decent place to live but landlord can be unresponsive at times. Maintenance is not the best in my opinion. Appliances definitely needs to be upgraded. I am a single parent so when appliances break, I do not know how to fix and have to wait long for repairs since there is only one repair guy. If you are a handy person, then you will have no complaints.
Very disrespectful. Horrible customer service. Made us feel invalid.
Nice guy but I believe all these landlords are out here gouging.. Doing very little to these properties to make all they can.
