8 years no problems. This one Adam guy is writing almost every bad review I see. I wonder if it's the company or him??
Do not purchase a house from JBL. We have had everything from plumbing, electical, AC and the problems continue with our house built from JBL. Now we had a moderate roof leak around the chimney. We contracted a roofer to come to our house and the roofing company said it was "just poor workmanship". Had loose shingles stuff under the flashing and nail holes throughout the flashing so when it rained hard it would pour into the house. They had to remove the shingles around the roof and install ice and water barrier. $ 100... read more
