Unprofessional, rude, and have absolutely no knowledge of plumbing fixtures or parts. I waited approximately 5 mins standing at the counter for someone to assist me while they buried their face in their phones watching videos at volume 100. I definitely do not recommend anyone giving them your business.

I agree with the previous post. In addition I stood in front of a guy for 5 min while he was on his phone clearly trying to ignore me. When I told him what I wanted he laughed and walked away. I’m not one to review anyplace badly but they clearly need to improve their service. PROFESSIONALS: I recommend going to other plumbing places this was a waste of time
