Selling my duplex was such a smooth process. Shekura answered all my questions, negotiated well on my behalf, and ensured that I was well taken care of. She actually listened to what I wanted and did what was best for me. The best realtor in CTX! She was also responsive in a timely manner. She followed up afterwards to make sure I was good to go too! Couldn’t have asked for a more relatable, professional, and understandable realtor.
Had an absolutely AWFUL experience with Lisette Padro. She harassed me as well as minor children in our own place of residence. She also made fake police reports and harassed the legal tenants of a home. She has also committed enrollment fraud for her grandchildren to use her address instead of the address they actually live it so that they can go to the “better school” I would stay away from this one.
I had the most incredible experience with an agent, her name was Tricia Fells, and she was the best agent I have ever delt with. The property showing started out a little rough, we couldn't get the lock box to work, but she never once stopped working to insure I had everything I needed to make a decision. She was patient, funny, tireless and most of all she was a real person, someone I could talk to.
