Excellent experience with JBD! They did a complete new install of two gas furnaces and two central AC systems at my home in Franklin, MA. JBD worked hard to get this substantial job done as quickly as possible. Very professional and honest.
My only regret is not working with JBD sooner. I had gone down the path of getting multiple quotes from local companies two years ago and was shocked by the prices. My wife had found JBD then, but unfortunately they were not accepting clients at the time. Somehow we knew they would be the right fit because this time around, they were the only call I made. We recently had a new heating system installed and chose to add central A/C. We chose JBD after Jim had come to our home to look at the job. He was very thorough, explained things very well in a way we could understand, and answered our questions. I don’t write many reviews but this one is well deserved. JBD is a family owned business and are wonderful people to work with. We had a project to install 5 mini split AC/Heating units in a two phase project. James, wife Shawna, and their assistant Dom answered all our many questions and are an honest company. The work James, Dom and his electrician Bob did was very meticulous to blend in with our home siding with nothing looking out of place.
