Jim was great - Got me in very fast for a shocks/springs swap on my Wrangler JK and quoted me well below the dealer service departments and big muffler chain shops for the shocks and springs install. Job done very well and much faster than the factory estimated labor hours. Jim himself was very friendly and responsive. I'll be going back for sure!
