While driving down from Tennessee for vacation, my 07 infinity started bogging down, something horrible. I was unfamiliar with what to do. My dear friends we were with made a few calls, while deciding to see this shop, due to positive surveys, comments we went here. so HAPPY WE DID. Jim was so helpful offering a free diagnostic exam. I drove to Nakomis 2 hours away from my town to look at a used car at the last minute. While i was there i wanted an independant mechanic to look at it before purchase. Not only did they squeeze me in on a very busy Friday, an hour before close, but they were very thorough and even reviewed the carfax with me. I highly recommend this shop for the quality and care of their staff!
Jim has done work on all the cars in our household and he is great. He is honest and reliable. He supplies you with an estimate that is fair beforehand, and he does the job timely.
I needed my brakes fixed and Jim did an excellent job of fixing my brakes at a reasonable price. I highly recommend JB Auto Works.
