JB went absolutely above and beyond for me. Could not recommend his services more, especially for anyone in a pinch! he got me in within minutes, was extremely friendly and communicative throughout, was upfront about the costs, and did a stellar job. Even topped up my coolant free of charge, and didn’t mention it until i pointed it out. Seriously great guy! God bless you brother

Excellent car AND customer service! Woke up to a battery warning light on our Honda Odyssey in the hotel parking lot; tow truck driver recommended Joe at JB Auto when the AAA garage had to turn us away as over-capacity. Joe was thorough and diagnosed the alternator as failed, and got a new one swapped in (plus changed our oil!) in less than 3 hours from the van rolling into the shop. I've had a few dealings with JB Auto Mechanics now and I have no complaints whatsoever. My most recent encounter came when my truck wouldn't pass smog. Joe came out and tested it for me, he told me what I needed to do to potentially fix the issue, and low & behold, it worked!!! He helped me out at no cost and I couldn't be happier or more grateful!!! Thank you, Joe, for everything!!!
