Jim has been a fixture in the local appliance repair scene for years and has proven himself to be a consummate professional. I've had the pleasure of having him come over to inspect a sluggish dishwasher. He immediately knew where to go and before even finishing the inspection, told me what needed to be replaced, the cost, and the time frame - all of which were 100% accurate. He went to school for what he loves. Nothing better than that. I had him check out my fridge and he knew what needed to be done by just walking in. Trust me he is great at his job.

Jimmy has fixed my oven and washer for me, and in both occasions he was awesome! He always had a smile on his face, he's very up front and honest about what did and didn't need to be fixed, and his prices were fair. I won't go to anyone else anymore, cuz unlike everyone else around here, he likes what he does and that's obvious in the way he does his job.
